Automation Scan
Find the hours your team loses every week.
A short, structured look at how your business actually runs: the tools, the handoffs, the copying between systems. You get a written map of what can be automated, what it would cost, and what it would save.
What you get
- A ranked list of processes worth automating
- Estimated hours and cost saved for each one
- A recommended first project you can start in weeks
What's included
What we do, in detail.
Interviews with the people doing the work
Two or three short calls with the people who handle orders, invoices, support or reporting. They know where the time goes better than any diagram.
A look at your tools and data
Which systems you use, what they can export, where data is typed twice. With read-only access where it helps, never more.
A process map
Each workflow drawn step by step, with the manual steps marked and timed. This alone is often the first time a company sees its own operations on one page.
Automation opportunities, priced
For every opportunity: what we would build, how long it takes, what it costs to run, and how many hours a month it gives back.
A clear first step
We recommend one project with the best return and the lowest risk, so you can see results before committing to more.
Request a scan
Two weeks from first call to report.
- Kick-off call: your goals, teams and tools.
- Interviews, systems review and process mapping.
- Opportunities priced and ranked.
- We walk you through the report and the first step.
Use cases
Where it makes a difference.
Order and invoice handling
Orders arriving by email, retyped into an ERP, invoices matched by hand.
Customer support
The same requests handled by hand every day across email, phone and three different systems.
Reporting
Someone spends every Monday exporting spreadsheets to build the same report.
How we work
What makes it hold.
We only recommend what pays for itself
Not every process should be automated. Some are too rare, some change too often, some are better fixed by changing the process. The scan says so plainly.
No obligation to build with us
The report is yours. It is written so that any competent team could build from it, including your own.

Questions
Asked before, answered here.
How long does it take?
Usually one to two weeks from the first call to the written report, depending on how many teams are involved.
Do you need access to our systems?
Not always. When it helps, we ask for read-only access or sample exports, and we remove any access when the scan is finished.
What size of company is it for?
Teams from about five people upward. Below that, a single conversation is usually enough.
