Product development

From an idea to a product people pay for.

Design, engineering and the decisions in between. We take a product from a rough idea to a first version in real users' hands, then keep improving it with them.

What you get

  • A first version live in weeks, not quarters
  • Architecture that survives growth
  • A team that stays after launch

What's included

What we do, in detail.

  1. 01

    Discovery and scope

What the product must do on day one, what can wait, and what it will cost. Written down before any code.

  2. 02

    Interface design

Flows and screens designed and tested with real users before they are built.

  3. 03

    Full-stack engineering

Web and mobile front ends, APIs, databases, authentication, payments and the admin tools behind them.

  4. 04

    Launch and iteration

Analytics from day one, weekly releases, and a backlog driven by what users actually do.

Use cases

Where it makes a difference.

  • SaaS platforms

Multi-tenant products with subscriptions, roles and billing. Huskies is one we built and run ourselves.

  • Internal products

Tools a company builds for its own teams, with the polish of a commercial product.

  • MVPs for founders

The smallest version that proves the idea, built so it does not need rewriting once it works.

How we work

What makes it hold.

Working software every week

You see progress in a live environment every week, not in a presentation at the end of the month.

We build products we run ourselves

Huskies, our project management and CRM platform, is live in production. The decisions we recommend to you are the ones we made for our own product.

Questions

Asked before, answered here.

Who owns the code?

You do. The repository, the accounts and the infrastructure are in your company's name from the start.

Can you take over an existing product?

Yes. We start with a technical review so we both know what we are taking on.

Tell us what you are
trying to build.

A paragraph is enough to start. We will tell you what we would build, what it would take, and whether we are the right people for it.
