Custom software
Software shaped around your business, not the other way round.
CRMs, client portals, booking systems, internal tools. Built around how one business actually works, instead of a template it has to bend to fit.
What you get
- One system instead of five spreadsheets
- Workflows that match how your team works
- Software you own, with no per-seat licence
What's included
What we do, in detail.
B2B CRM and sales tools
Pipelines, accounts, quotes, follow-ups and reporting, modelled on your sales process. We have built and run a B2B CRM of our own.
Client and partner portals
A secure place for customers or partners to see orders, documents, invoices and status without emailing you.
Internal tools and back offices
Admin panels, approval flows, inventory, scheduling. The software your team uses all day.
Integrations
Connected to the ERP, accounting, email and payment systems you already use, so data is entered once.
Roles, permissions and audit
Who can see and change what, and a record of every change. Built in from the start, not added later.
Use cases
Where it makes a difference.
Replacing spreadsheets
A process that lives in shared Excel files and breaks every time two people edit it.
Outgrowing off-the-shelf
A SaaS tool that fits 70% of the job and forces workarounds for the rest.
Legacy replacement
An old system only one person understands, rebuilt without stopping the business.
How we work
What makes it hold.
We start with the work, not the software
Before designing a screen we sit with the people who will use it. Most bad internal software comes from skipping this step.
Built to be maintained
Tested, documented and deployed through a pipeline, so the next change is as safe as the first.

Questions
Asked before, answered here.
Is custom software more expensive than SaaS?
Upfront, usually yes. Over three to five years, often not, once per-seat licences and workarounds are counted. We run the numbers with you before recommending it.
Can it connect to our ERP?
In almost every case. We have worked with common Greek and international ERP and accounting systems through their APIs or exports.
